South San Francisco, California
The 6,400 sq. ft. multipurpose room is the perfect location for parties, conferences, and cultural events in South San Francisco. Built with red and yellow cedar, basalt stone, and glass, the bright building stands out in the giant 23-acre Orange Memorial Park.
The orientation of the building was thoughtfully considered to maximize natural daylight, and create a shady patio area as well. Wood flooring and a wood truss roof creates a warm atmosphere for this airy building. The efficient lighting, recycled glass countertops, and low-VOC materials in the paints and coatings help reflect the client’s goals for a healthy, green environment.
